DIGIT project has been conceived to open and transfer digital identity related topics and knowledge to a wider public, than only insider professionals. In fact, the project aims to investigate on digital identity implications for adult people and provide the necessary educational instruments and supporting tools for adult educators.
Project main activities want to answer to one sectorial priorities and one horizontal as expressed above for the reason we are going to explain.
- Extend digital knowledge and competences of adult educators which work in non-formal and informal learning organizations to increase awareness of adults people about the concept of DIGITAL FOOTPRINT.
- Boost the understanding of the implications related to personal digital footprint through practical actions: workshops and events.
- Provide right tools to adult educators to help them in training digital competent adults.
- Foster the adoption of open and innovative practices oriented to raise the issue of “stay safe online”.
